Nomad Summer 2026

Summer 2026 · Hoi An, Vietnam

Nomad Summer
@ Hub Hoi An

Somewhere between a nomad retreat and our regular coworking & community experience —
but at our regular coworking price. This summer, we want to be your home away from home
and offer an extra rich schedule of events and activities with our incredible community.

When?
Join us in June, July, or August. Stay 1, 2, or 3 months. Welcome events every 1st and 15th of the month.
How much?

1. At the cost of our regular coworking memberships — $150–$185/mo. Since our community managers are already on board, we think we can pull this off with little extra cost, and we’re not going to pass it on.

2. We help organize the events, but those that incur additional costs (drinks, lunch, trips, massage, etc.) are not included. Several events each week are free, and most paid activities are very easy on the wallet. Hoi An is still hard to beat for cost of anything.

3. Optional but encouraged: sometimes lead events you’re keen to see come to life. This is part of why we can offer such a rich community life — tailor-made to your preferences.

What it is

Your home away from home this summer.

Nomad Summer is a version of the Hub Hoi An experience that’s a bit closer to a nomad coworking
retreat in community feeling and group bonding. We’re famous for our strong community and rich
social events calendar all year through. This summer, we’re building on the Hub experience people
already know and love, and making it just a little bigger, better, and more intentional.

One key difference to the normal Hub experience will be cohorts that start together and
welcome events for each of them, giving you a much stronger connection and shared experience with the group.

More community and options to connect, special trips, and the same premium high-productivity coworking experience.

Why this summer, why here?

Many members have told us they’re considering staying in Southeast Asia for the first time.
But feeling at home away from home is key — and Chiang Mai is rainy, Bali is overcrowded, and
virtually no place has a community like Hub Hoi An (if you know, you know). So this summer
we’re doing what we already do best: attracting some of the kindest and most interesting nomads in SEA
and helping them both be productive and have fun together — just a bit more of it than usual.

Who it’s for

Built for the nomads staying in SEA this summer.

Nomad Summer is for digital nomads who are into community, nature, and have high standards for
coworking spaces — especially those considering staying in SEA for the first time rather than
flying home to their families and friends.

Option A — Organic photo: a single member with laptop on a balcony or café, relaxed, in frame are hints of Hoi An (lantern, palm leaf).

Option B — AI illustration: a warm editorial illustration in a boutique-travel-magazine style (muted palette, hand-drawn line, textured fill), one figure working under palms, sunset peach tones.
Either works — Option B gives brand control & can match palette exactly

  • You want some of the benefits of a coworking retreat — without the high price commitment, distractions from work, or accommodation lock-in.

  • You’re a remote worker, freelancer or entrepreneur looking for a calmer base and real community — not just a workspace.

vs.A Coworking Retreat

  • Retreats are ~10–20× more expensive, but include most costs and activities — even if they’re not exactly what you want.
  • No shared accommodation for most — though we have a few limited spots left in our coliving villa, all for Nomad Summer participants.
  • If you’re fast, villa spots make this almost like a coworking retreat at ½ or ⅓ the cost.
  • Hub coworking is better and more productivity-focused than most retreats (which usually repurpose facilities meant for something else). Multi-award-winning space.

this isHoi An in the Summer

  • Clear skies and great weather all summer long.
  • Magical beaches with glowing plankton in the water.
  • Easier & cheaper to find great accommodation than high season — beach or rice paddies, your pick.
  • Productive & motivating at the coworking, calm & easy-going for time off.
  • Nomad Summer adds the missing piece: a strong community & coworking experience.
  • Cost, visa, community & quality of life — all ideal for longer stays.

vs.Flying Home

  • You know exactly what it’s like — which is why you’re considering staying in SEA.
  • Sure, there are upsides. But the main downside is usually a major hit in productivity.
  • Whether you’re staying in AirBnBs or with family, your routine isn’t set up and it’s hard to defend your boundaries.
  • Things at home are expensive, and so are the flights. Not to speak of the stress of travel.
  • It’s all-around disruptive.

vs.Other Nomad Destinations

  • Chiang Mai: Full-on rainy season.
  • Bali: Peak overcrowded / congested with tourists.
  • Koh Phangan: Unreliable weather & recently really expensive.
